Acceptance and eligibility
By using Nerina, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old. The adult community is available only to adults. If you do not meet these requirements, do not use the connected features.
Educational use, not medical care
Nerina provides educational wellness information and cycle estimates. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor or prevent a medical condition, provide contraceptive advice, confirm pregnancy or replace a qualified clinician. Do not use it for emergencies or to delay medical care. Seek qualified medical help or local emergency services when you need urgent care.
Your account and device
Accounts are optional. You are responsible for keeping your device, email account and Nerina sign-in details secure. You must provide accurate account information and tell us about unauthorised use where possible. Local records are separate from your optional server account; see Delete account for how to remove each.
Community rules
When using the community, be respectful and protect privacy. Do not post:
- medical diagnoses, treatment instructions, emergency guidance or content that could cause harm;
- personal contact details, identifying information, private images or another person’s information without permission;
- harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, scams, spam or unlawful content;
- content that infringes rights or is otherwise inappropriate for a supportive adult community.
You may report content and block members. Nerina may remove content, limit features or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect people, enforce these Terms or comply with law.
Your content
You remain responsible for content you submit. You give Nerina the limited permission needed to host, display, format, moderate and remove that content in operating the service. You can remove your content where the app provides that control; an account deletion request anonymises eligible community content as described on the deletion page.
Availability and changes
We may update, maintain, suspend or discontinue features, including connected features, where reasonably necessary. Some features may depend on your device, operating system, network, app store or third-party provider. Future paid features will show their price, renewal terms and applicable store terms before purchase.
Intellectual property
Nerina’s name, visual identity, Neri mascot, app design and publisher-provided content are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Disclaimers and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, Nerina is provided without a guarantee that estimates or content will be complete, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
