1. Delete local records from your device
- Open Nerina on the device that contains your records.
- Go to Settings → Reset all local data.
- Confirm the reset. This removes local periods, daily logs, notes, measurements, settings and the local profile from that device.
2. Request deletion of an optional Nerina account
- In the app, open Settings → Account.
- Sign in if needed, then select Request account deletion.
- Confirm the request. You will be signed out on the device.
We then mark the server account for deletion, remove connected health events and media associated with it, and anonymise eligible community posts made from that account. We may retain minimal security, moderation or audit information where necessary to prevent abuse, resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations.

Email us from the address registered to the Nerina account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and do not include your password, cycle history or other sensitive health information.
Request deletion by emailImportant. Uninstalling the app removes its local storage from that device but does not by itself delete an optional Nerina account. An account deletion request does not automatically erase records stored locally on another device.
